Griffsnuff bought up a good point in their journal, about the flaws in the commissions widget and point system.
Im considering not offering points as a payment option for commissions anymore. As so many times people make the mistake of trying to pay by doanting points, instead of paying through the commission widget. Which means I have to refund the points back to the person so they can do it the correct way for a commissions.
And there is a difference. If you click "donate" those points cannot be withdrawn as cash to paypal, because they dont go into the Earnings section.
Whereas all points in the commission widget go into your earnings account so you can withdraw it as real money after two weeks.
If it were possible, I would just disable the "donate" function so I dont have this problem. But im sick of feeling like my transactions are going to get flagged from other people's accidental mistakes. I know you guys dont do it on purpose, but it doesnt stop the potential for the to be negative consequences if the staff see "suspicious" transactions (transferring points back and forth between two people).
